Here is our Weathers & Company policies guide! This will ensure you know what to expect and when to expect it before placing your order. We know you're dying to know when your new Weathers & Company goodies will arrive, so use the following to guide you through choosing the best shipping option for you! This will also fill you in on our return policy.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping depends on weight of product.  Shoes will have a flat rate shipping of $7.00 and all sale clothes will have a flat rate shipping of $4.00.

When will my order ship?

All standard orders of in-stock items will be processed within 5 business days. Orders are typically processed quicker than our estimations, but we like to give ourself a little wiggle room. Orders will ship via USPS First Class Mail. Once the package has left our facility, there is a 3-7 business day estimated arrival time. While the orders largely arrive within 3-4 days of ordering, we cannot make guarantees on the speed in which USPS delivers them. We are not responsible for items delayed by USPS. Please note delivery times do not include Sundays or holidays. If order is shipped from vendor we can not guarantee that the order will arrive within the dates said, some vendors are outside US will take longer for shipping.

What if I need my order sooner than this?

Not a problem! You can upgrade your shipping option to USPS Priority Mail. We recommend upgrading to priority mail, as this shipping method includes insurance. For $6.00 dollars you can expect your package to arrive within 2-4 business days and have insurance in the rare event your package is misplaced by USPS or stolen.

UPS 2nd Day Air: This is our fastest shipping method. Your package will arrive in 2 days.

Some items can not be shipped priority mail. Please check with us to make sure the item can be shipped quickly before ordering.  Some vendors are outside US and take longer.

How do I know the status of my order?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with a tracking number. You can check the status of your order at any time by logging onto your weathersandcompany.com account or by tracking your number at ups.com or usps.com, depending on the shipping option you chose. 

What if I want to return my item(s)?

Our return policy is for store credit only. Please be aware that all sale items are final sale. There are no exceptions to this.

  • All returns must be received by our facility within 10 days from the day you receive them.
  • Sale items and discounted items are final sale with no exception. If you used a discount code of any sort, this item is considered final sale.
  • All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, & smoke-free condition.
  • We do not accept returns on jewelry, shoes, or intimates (bandeaus, swimwear, bralettes, leggings, etc).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • We inspect all items thoroughly prior to shipping, but if you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. Exchanges and refunds on damages will be handled on a case by case basis as to avoid abuse of the policy.
  • We encourage you to use a trackable return shipping method to avoid items being lost in transit. 
  • Because we always ship free to you, return shipping is your responsibility. If you would like us to send you a shipping label, we will. We will take the shipping cost from your store credit.
  • We try our best to include measurements and thorough descriptions on each product. If you need more info on something, please don't hesitate to  Instagram, Facebook, or email us! We are slightly obsessed with our customers, we will get back to you ASAP.
  • Please be aware of the following, because it could determine whether or not you order something:
  • ALL RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.

  • IF YOU USE A DISCOUNT CODE, ITEMS IN THAT ORDER OR FINAL SALE.
  • All final sale items or returns made outside of the return window are subject to a 10% restocking fee or return denial based on Weathers & Company's discretion.

Return Instructions:

  • Since we always ship to you for free and never charge a restocking fee, you are responsible for return shipping.
  • Fill out the return form that is included in your package with your invoice. 
  • For returns, ship the item back to the address below. Using it’s original packing and going to the USPS (post office) will be your cheapest option and definitely hang on to the receipt with the tracking number, just in case! You can use anything to ship it back in, that is just our preferred method. If we approve a shoe return, make sure the box is protected and not used as a shipping box.
  • We can also email you a shipping label that you can print out, attach to the packaging, and put in your mailbox. For that option, we will subtract $5 from your gift card.
